About Semper Fi Dawgs
Semper Fi Dawgs Youth Sports Corp. began in the Logan section of Philadelphia before establishing its current home in Mayfair/Oxford Circle. Founded by former United States Marine Ray Jerry, the organization was built around unity, discipline, leadership, teamwork, and character.
Today, Semper Fi Dawgs serves young athletes ages 9U through 14U throughout Mayfair/Oxford Circle and the broader Lower Northeast Philadelphia area while remaining grounded in the community roots where the Dawgs journey began.
Semper Fi Dawgs Youth Sports Corp. provides underserved youth with accessible football, athletic development, mentorship, academic encouragement, and positive community support. Our mission is to build discipline, confidence, teamwork, leadership, and character while creating a safe environment where young athletes can develop on and off the field.
The organization was founded by Ray Jerry, a Former United States Marine. His leadership approach shapes how we prepare athletes: structure, accountability, consistency, and service to one another.
Our focus is youth development, not military training. We build strong habits, confidence, teamwork, and responsibility that help players on the field and in everyday life.
