2. Parent or Guardian Authority
By submitting registration information for a youth athlete, the submitting adult represents that they are a parent, guardian, or otherwise authorized adult for that athlete and may provide the information and required acknowledgements.
3. How We Use Information
We use submitted information to process registration, maintain payment and installment records, communicate with families about program operations, and support participation logistics and account history.
4. Payments and Transaction Services
Card payments are processed by Square. Semper Fi Dawgs does not store full card numbers or card security codes on this website. Our systems may store payment transaction records, status information, receipt references, and provider identifiers returned by Square.
5. Communications Providers and Hosting
We use Resend to deliver transactional registration and payment-related emails. Website infrastructure is hosted on Render, and registration data is stored in our database environment to operate the registration experience.
6. Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information used by our systems. Registration and payment-related records are retained as needed for operations, family support, recordkeeping, and legal or accounting purposes.
7. No Sale of Personal Information
Semper Fi Dawgs does not sell personal information submitted through this website.
